This TV series is themed by teenager volleyball and mainly tells an inspirational story about a group of teenagers who fight for their volleyball dreams consistently. The female protagonist Yi Anle (casted by Miao miao) who was born in a volleyball family. She cannot engage herself in volleyball career due to her physical defect and therefore avoids playing volleyball. However, the presence of her idol Ye Manyang (casted by Yu Menglong) ignites her passion for volleyball again. She joins Mingyang women volleyball team by accident and experiences the devil training with two other girls, Qiu Yuanya (casted by Chen Xinyu) and Sheng Zhi (casted by Wang Luyun). They go through failure and overcome all the obstacles and finally realize the perfect counterattack.
